Meet Jennie

Jennie Neathery is the founder of The Little Bird, a home styling site about making any home feel warm, collected and finished with attainable pieces. She shares her rooms, seasonal refreshes and the pieces she uses with her community on Instagram, TikTok and LTK.

Her approach starts with the house you already have. In an August 2026 LTK post that opens “The house we bought vs. the home we made,” she wrote: “It’s amazing what the right furniture, texture and styling can do to completely change a space.” (see the post)

In her words

In her style essay on LTK, “Finding your style >>> doing the same thing as everyone else”, Jennie wrote about building a look slowly rather than copying one:

“Slowly but surely, I started adding vintage and antique-look pieces to create a curated but cozy feeling.”

From “Finding your style,” April 2025

“My advice to you is soak up all of the inspiration you can, but make sure you bring things into your home that reflect YOUR individual style. At the end of the day, that’s all that really matters!”

What she’s known for

Bedding formulas

Layered beds are at the center of Jennie’s work: a duvet, a quilt, oversized pillows and plenty of texture. In a paid Quince partnership post, she put it this way:

“My favorite bedding formula is mixing different textures, layering fluffy duvets and quilts, and adding oversized pillows to get that cozy, luxury hotel bed look without spending a fortune.”

Seasonal styling

Her seasonal posts swap a few pieces rather than redoing a room.

“These are the kinds of decor pieces that are easy to swap seasonally and make a big impact without spending a lot.”

Attainable decor

Jennie mixes investment pieces with affordable finds, and rugs are among the pieces she links most.

“The Fern, Lena, Chloe + Seraphine are some of my favorites because they give you that beautiful, collected look without the designer rug price tag.”

A Quince partner

Jennie partners with Quince, and posts from that partnership are marked #quincepartner on her LTK. Pieces from those posts appear across the Journal with that disclosure.

“Quince has become my go-to for affordable luxury home finds.”
